  • Bruce brings an acumen of technical knowledge in data architecture, systems integration, software deployments and is accountable for providing PAI’s Executive Leadership team with strategic direction for how technology will be applied to support delivery of PAI’s services. He is a highly effective collaborator who can lead cross-functional teams resulting in high performing solutions.

    Bruce is an innovator who will challenge the boundaries of technology for purposes of aligning innovation with business goals and turning challenges into opportunities. His knowledge of technology, business operations and healthcare products and services make him a valuable business partner to work with. Bruce’s ability to turn large scale, complex system integrations into projects that are straight forward to understand, manage and deploy make him a must-have partner for any client.

    Throughout the course of Bruce’s career, he has established the acumen for how proper diligence will set expectations, limit surprises and position both the client and PAI business to realize what brought them together in partnership. This delivery assurance methodology is applied beginning with pre-sales activities, and ensures smooth engagement during transition to those that will deliver on the commitments and positions for ongoing maintenance and support to engage in a known and controlled manner.

    Bruce holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
