Pool Administrators Inc. (PAI) is a woman-owned business located in Glastonbury, Connecticut, that was founded in 1998. Since our inception, we have worked with state agencies in more than half the states in the U.S. to facilitate access to human services for people in need. Our experience includes work with a variety of federally and state funded subsidy and reimbursement programs, pre-existing condition insurance plans, not for profit organizations and reinsurance programs serving individuals, small businesses, insurers and state insurance markets. We provide administrative, financial and advisory services in a direct customer service and account management capacity. We are pioneers in administrative innovation, using technology that is customizable and proven to address initiatives set forth by our clients. We are automating program administration with a human touch.
